Ova se Poziv odnosi na tijela u Sustavu upravljanja Operativnim programom “Zaštita okoliša 2007.-2013.

Svrha ovoga Poziva je pružiti Upravljačkom tijelu i posredničkim tijelima podršku za upravljanje, praćenje, evaluacije, informiranje i kontrolnu provedbe operativnog programa zajedno s aktivnostima za jačanje administrativne sposobnosti Upravljačkog i posredničkih tijela. Podrška u okviru ovoga Poziva odnosi se i na pripremne aktivnosti za novo programsko razdoblje 2014.-2020.
Ukupno raspoloživa bespovratna sredstva za dodjelu u okviru ovog Poziva iznose 45.333.000,00 Kn. Bespovratna sredstva potječu iz Kohezijskog fonda.
Prihvatljivi prijavitelji su tijela u Sustavu upravljanja i kontrole Operativnim programom “Zaštita okoliša 2007. “ 2013.”, utvrđena člankom 7. stavkom 2.  Uredbe o tijelima u sustavu upravljanja i kontrole korištenja strukturnih instrumenata Europske unije u Republici Hrvatskoj (“Narodne novine”, broj 97/2012), kako slijedi: Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša i prirode, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost, Hrvatske vode, Središnja agencija za financiranje i ugovaranje programa i projekata Europske unije.
Prihvatljive projektne aktivnosti odnose se na podršku provedbi funkcija utvrđenih Zakonom o uspostavi institucionalnog okvira za korištenje strukturnih instrumenata Europske unije u Republici Hrvatskoj (“Narodne novine”, br. 78/2012, 143/2013 i 157/2013) te na pripremu za novo programsko razdoblje EU fondova 2014-2020.
