Kratak opis nabave
Predmet nabave je nabava intelektualnog vlasništva i izrada modela i kalupa za jedrilicu MORE 58cge odnosno nabave intelektualnog vlasništva (dizajn interijera jedrilice i plovnih karakteristika) i nabave intelektualnog vlasništva kompletan inženjering broda) te izrada modela i kalupa. / The subject of procurement is the procurement of intellectual property and the production of models and molds for the sailing boat MORE 58cge, i.e. procurement of intellectual property (design of sailboat's interior and navigable characteristics) and procurement of intellectual property complete ship engineering) and procurement for modeling as well as procurement for mold making. Prijenos svih prava intelektualnog vlasnistva, posebno autorskih prava, u odnosu na predmet nabave je u korist Narucitelja. Ponuditelj osniva u korist Narucitelja iskljuciva prava iskoristavanja predmeta nabave, sadržajno, vremenski i prostorno neogranicenja, s pravom Narucitelja da prava u odnosu na predmet nabave registrira na svoje ime i vlasništvo. Ponuditelj nema pravo, bez odobrenja Narucitelja, raspolagati predmetom nabave izradenim za Naručitelja. Ponuditelj kao autor zadrzava moralna prava, posebno pravo da bude naznacen kao autor. / The transfer of all intellectual property rights, especially copyright, in relation to the subject of procurement is in favor of the Contracting Authority. The Bidder establishes in favor of the Contracting Authority excludes the rights of exploitation of the subject of procurement, content, time and space restriction, with the right of the Contracting Authority to rights in relation to the subject of procurement registered in its name and ownership. The Bidder has no right, without the approval of the Contracting Authority, to procure the available item made for the Contracting Authority. The bidder as an author reserves moral rights, especially the right to be designated as an author.
